Another Order
A friend is having a birthday party, and just ordered 120 lumpia!!! I will be frying up 40 each of beef, turkey shanghai and shrimp. I'm honored he thought of me for his 35th celebration of Mark!
I didn't hear specifically, but on Facebook, Lori said the lumpia was yummy. I believed she baked hers, so I will seek out more feedback.

Order dropped off
I was very grateful when a friend of a friend contacted me to order 3 dozen lumpia for a party she was attending. She ordered her traditional ground beef, my turkey shanghai, and Shrimp. Now I haven't actually made the shrimp prior, but I had an idea of what I wanted.
I sauteed the shrimp in olive oil and garlic, then added cabbage and carrot. I gotta say... quite tasty!
I delivered the lumpia and suqat (dipping sauce) yesterday, and I hope she's happy. I can't wait to hear.
On Monday, for a dinner party, I will be frying up banana/coconut/honey lumpia - done before, and turned out quite well. We're doing a chocolate fondue, so I think this will go over well.

Hello
Hello! And welcome to Lea's Lumpia Blog... or would the correct grammar be, "Lea's Lumpia's Blog"? Either way, it seems weird.
I want to offer this space to share my experiences, show pictures, and take any orders or inquiries.
I'm trying to figure out how I can insert an order form, but no such luck yet. In the meantime, please email me @ leaslumpia@gmail.com with any inquiries, and I'll get back to you ASAP.
Here is what I have to offer thus far:
Ground Beef:
Ground beef, corn, green beans
Turkey Shanghai:
Ground Turkey, eggs, red onion, ginger
Chicken Shanghai:
Ground Chicken, eggs, red onion, ginger
Vegetarian:
Veggie Ground Round, soy sauce, mushrooms, red onion, garlic
Shrimp:
Shrimp and garlic
Banana:
You guessed it!
Banana & Dark Chocolate:
Banana and Dark Chocolate (shocking, I know)
Banana, Coconut & Honey:
Really… it’s exactly what it says
Lumpia dipping sauce: (I know it’s pronounced “Sukat”, but I’m not certain of the spelling)
Soy Sauce, Vinegar, crushed Garlic
More to come, for sure!
